RULES & REGULATIONS
These most recent Rules and Regulations (with Addendums) were amended and approved by the 2025 Board of Directors on July 15, 2025.
Rules and Regulations (R&R) shall apply to all Unit Owners, tenants and guests. Rules and Regulations are defined in section 1.26 of the St. Francis Professional Center Association (SFPCA) Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCR). Per CCR 12.3.1 it is the property Owner’s responsibility to conform and abide by the R & R as well as other Governing Documents of the Association.
