The St Francis Association Architecture Committee is a set committee established by Article 6 of the CCR of the Association.  Under Section 6.5, the Committee is given the authority to set design guidelines.  It is the purpose of the committee to insure that the complex maintains its uniform and attractive appearance as a first class commercial development.
