Before anyone commences the erection, installation, construction, reconstruction, remodeling or alteration of the exterior of their unit (including signage), they must submit an application for approval to the Architecture Committee. The committee will approve or disapprove the request in a timely manner.
The document below is used to submit an application for approval by the Architecture Committee for any exterior work as described above (except signage). Please read the application completely and assure that all requirements have been met prior to submittal. That will assure the most timely response by the Committee.
